I design and lead the projects that connect brands to existing secondary-market infrastructure, then build the data and evidence architecture needed to make those relationships commercially and regulatorily useful.
My circular economy journey started in 2015 when I supported EU summer camp in the sharing economy. I have been working in CSR, environmental reporting and the circular economy in textiles for 11 years — both professionally and voluntarily.
My specialism is in circular economy recovery strategies and global south market research in the used fashion goods market.

Zoë Lenkiewicz is a waste management specialist and founder of Global Waste Lab, with over 15 years’ experience supporting low-cost, inclusive waste systems across the Global South.
She was Lead Author of UNEP’s Global Waste Management Outlook and leads community-centred initiatives tackling open burning, plastic pollution, and informal sector exclusion.
Zoë advises UN agencies, NGOs, and governments, championing grounded, service-first approaches that centre local knowledge and public health.
She offers Uninhibited development solutions light advisory and can take on technical opportunities regarding waste management and strategy.
